There are plenty of very weird soaps. And no, I do not mean dish soaps, or bar soaps, or Irish Spring. I mean soap operas! You know, the daytime TV shows that old ladies and people who stay home during the day like to watch? Anyways, that is all well and good with me, actually. I say, the weirder the soap opera, the better. I don’t watch these shows because they seem real to me. I like when they get wild and crazy and exciting. The less like my own life, the better. I saw an episode of some soap with William Russ in it the other day. It was so crazy! Scandals and chaos everywhere! So juicy and just what I love in my daytime TV! If it wasn’t that crazy, I would flip the channel to a re-run of some old cartoon or something. But it is, so I keep watching. That is probably their plan at the TV networks! And it is definitely working on me!
