Getting married is one of the exciting chapters of our life. Since that day comes only once in a lifetime, we make it appoint that it will be memorable as possible. But for some couples who want to reduce their expenses and save money it is a great solution to use silk flowers.
My best friend is getting married in the next two months. Given that they are on a tight budget she opted to use silk flowers. We have gone through a lot of local stores just to find the silk wedding bouquets for sale. We visited some crafts malls and hobby stores since they keep a large stock of silk flowers and often they do clearance sale. Luckily when we drive to the store their silk flowers were marked for immediate sale. We also tried our luck in nearby floral shops. Occasionally floral shops marks their items down for quick sale since some of the shops are often have limited space for their inventory. She finally bought her beautiful wedding bouquet in advance and getting her at ease on her wedding day.

My Brother PE770 came in very useful last week. On Sunday evening my rather forgetful 6 year old announced that she needed a fairy costume for the school play the next day as they were having a dress rehearsal. Just as well I can be quite inventive as I managed to get together some old, cream, lace netting curtains that we used to have in the bathroom window and sew up a pretty impressive skirt for the fairy to be. One of my old white T shirts made up the bodice with some careful gathering of the sides. It really was quite impressive, if I say so myself, but I couldn’t have done it without the Brother PE770 which is so good for that sort of thing. I could turn up all the edges in no time at all. A quick fitting at 8 am before breakfast and we were good to go. Thank goodness!

I went to a store today and I saw a bunch of name badges and name tags that I would really like to get for work. As it turns out, the name badges that we have are not really great quality and the ink printing on them is beginning to fade off of them. I saw this one web site that will make name badges for me using a dye sublimination printing process and a clear overlay on top of that. The sales people for the company told me that the name badges and name tags that are printed in this way are guaranteed to never fade and the are some what scratch resistant because of the clear overlay. I am really excited about placing my order for the name tags and I will need quite a few of them. I also like that they will be done within a day after I place my order.
